  • What are your trading hours?

    Tow operates 24/7/365. We will tow you anytime day or night, Australia wide, and our 24 hour call-centre is on hand at all times to handle your enquiries.

  • Tow Now Pay Later?

    Tow is the only towing company in Australia that offers a 'Tow Now Pay Later' payment option. Tow has partnered with Fourpay to let our customers pay just 25% of the tow fee upfront and the balance over 3 equal weekly repayments, with no interest or extra fees.

  • How quickly can you get here?

    Generally, we can reach most areas of QLD within 60 minutes, anytime of day. However, in metro areas we can sometimes get to you within 30 minutes or sooner. Upon booking a tow with us you will be given the ETA as provided by the driver.

  • What distances do you tow?

    Tow can provide towing services as short or as long as needed, whether it be 500m up the road, or 1500KM interstate.

  • Can I cancel a tow after I book it?

    Yes, you can cancel a tow unless we have already despatched the tow truck. Once we have despatched a truck unfortunately the job cannot be cancelled.
